Each exterior project we start with a soft power wash to eliminate any debris such as dirt, nests, webs, loose material, and potential mildew.

We utilize 1050QD Caulking from Sherwin Williams on all necessary areas according to siding specifications. For instance, some siding requires caulking of all joints while others do not require caulking to ensure appropriate breathability.

We utilize latex and oil based primer and apply to any bare wood areas or areas that have not been painted previously.

We scrape any areas that pressure washing left behind to ensure a clean surface for primer and paint.

Sherwin Williams Emerald is the paint we prefer for our exterior projects. It provides a lifetime warranty and superior color longevity and protection. We apply two coats when necessary. If we are changing colors we always utilize two coats. If we are painting over the same color with siding in moderate to good condition we sometimes utilize one coat and two, if necessary.

Each interior project we start with detailed cleaning of surface areas that are going to be painted. This includes, but is not limited to dusting, wiping off, and sanding.

After cleaning, we caulk any gaps between trim and wall or crown molding and ceiling. We spackle/bondo glaze any nail holes and/or other minor imperfections. We complete minor drywall repair and can outsource major drywall repair.

We primer any necessary areas with latex primer and paint with 1-2 coats as necessary. If changing colors we apply two coats. If going with same color we apply one coat. If drywall, we 1-2 coat primer and 1-2 coat paint as necessary. Our go to product for interior painting are Sherwin Williams Super Paint or Emerald for walls and ceiling and Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane for trim and doors. Our ceiling paint is either wall product or Super Paint flat.

Each cabinet painting project begins with removing cabinet doors, hardware, and labeling all components.

Next, we wash all cabinets with dawn soap and water along with lightly sanding to prepare for wood filler and Bondo glaze..

We utilize an oil based primer along with two top coats. We utilize European based 1k and 2k finishes.

Our final steps are installation and final walkthrough.
